We Vote began as a pilot project in 2008, with the help of many community partners and funders that included the Dyer-Ives Foundation, Grand Rapids Community Foundation, and Nokomis Foundation.

Our activities included door-to-door visits with neighbors, the creation of a non-partisan Voters Guide, a Candidate Forum, a public service announcement, and more informational pieces.
